Aiko Katoh

Aiko Katoh is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic advisor with extensive experience in global financial markets, e-commerce, and technology. Aiko began their career at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and London, focusing on corporate governance and risk management. They successfully launched Glossybox's beauty subscription service in Japan, achieving profitability in its first year, and later led Houzz's expansion in Asia as Managing Director. Currently, Aiko is the founder of coichigo, a platform dedicated to supporting working mothers and increasing female leadership in Japan's workforce, while also providing executive coaching and advising startups on growth strategies. Aiko holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
