Alon Cohen

Alon Cohen is the President & Co-Founder at Houzz. Alon was previously the Senior Director of Engineering at eBay from October 2001 to September 2010. There, they managed engineering for eBay's ad server, targeting & merchandizing platforms, eBay Stores and ProStores. Alon also led the eBay API / developer program technology team. Prior to that, Cohen was the CEO and founder of ProMIS Software Ltd from April 1997 to September 2001. Alon was also the CTO at TaskMail Inc from Jan 2000. Cohen started their career as an engineering manager and architect for the Israel Defense Forces from January 1992 to March 1997.

Alon Cohen has an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University, as well as a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same school.
