Derrick Roppa

Derrick Roppa serves as the Houzz IT Lead since April 2019, where responsibilities include creating a ticketing and knowledge-based experience for US offices, collaborating on custom ticket request tools, generating reports for improved data sharing, coordinating with third-party companies for IT infrastructure development, and partnering with international teams to align company policies globally. Prior to Houzz, Derrick Roppa worked at Apple from July 2011 to April 2019 in various roles, including Business Expert, where participation in Business Introductions was significantly increased, as well as Expert and Technical Specialist, focusing on mentoring and customer relations. Derrick Roppa holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Colorado State University Global.
