Stella Tran

Stella Tran is currently a Compensation Manager at Houzz, having previously held positions as a Senior Compensation Analyst and Incentive Compensation Analyst within the same company from 2021 to 2025. Prior to Houzz, Stella worked as a Business Analyst at Toshiba America, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, and held various analytical and administrative roles at Cox Communications from 2002 to 2011. Stella's early career included a position as a Web Designer at Combio in 2000 and a Human Resources Assistant at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in 2001. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in R.N. Nursing at Golden West College.
