Michael Corso has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Michael started their career at Sandler O'Neill & Partners in 2005 as an Associate, where they focused on the financial services sector. In 2011, they joined Ranieri Partners as a Vice President, specializing in investment strategies across distressed sectors. In 2013, Corso became a Director at Kimberlite Advisors, LLC, before eventually joining Hovde Group in 2015 as the Principal and Head of Depository Investment Banking. Hovde Group is a prominent financial advisory group that exclusively caters to the banking and thrift industry.

Michael Corso has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from The Citadel. Michael also has an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate. In addition, they hold a certification as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
