Julia Melzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration, team leadership, business development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Administration at Hovde Properties since September 2013, Julia has facilitated communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams while providing exceptional administrative support across diverse industries, including real estate development and finance. Previously, as an Executive Assistant at Edgewood College, Julia played a pivotal role in recruiting and training staff and managing budgets, enhancing operational efficiency within the institution. Additional experience includes leading production management for Madison Savoyards, where Julia improved workflows and resource allocation for successful opera productions. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from Edgewood College, with a concentration in Technical Theater and Performing Arts.
