Allie Held is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hover since September 2023 and concurrently as an inaugural member of FIF Collective. Previously, Allie held the positions of COO & CFO at Alt from June 2020 to June 2023, where strategic leadership was demonstrated through the establishment of the company’s vision and financial management. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Strategy & Finance at Sonoma Brands, Finance & Insights Manager at E.L.F. Beauty, and Business Development Associate at CircleUp, with a robust background in investment banking from Morgan Stanley. Allie’s education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
