Andrew Culkin is an experienced Engineering Manager at Hover, leading the Top of Funnel engineering team within the Generative AI group since February 2022. This team focuses on creating innovative products to enhance the homeowner journey. Prior positions include Senior Software Engineer and Fullstack Software Engineer at Hover, as well as President and Co-founder of both Bot Watt and Roof Rally, initiatives aimed at streamlining data access for clean energy projects and simplifying the roofing process for homeowners, respectively. Andrew has also contributed as an IT Risk Consultant at EY, an Operations Engineer at ECA Solar, and has held various internships, including at Thermo King and Universiti Teknologi Petronas. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and completed training at Fullstack Academy in 2019.
