Ravi Darda

Ravi Darda has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ravi began their career as a Summer Intern at Reliance in 2008. From 2009 to 2015, Ravi worked at Shell, starting as a Business Analyst before progressing to Planning Engineer and eventually becoming a Lead Project Services Engineer. In 2016, they became a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they later joined as an Associate in 2017. Ravi was promoted to Engagement Manager in 2019 and worked in that role until 2021. Currently, Ravi holds the position of Director of Operations at HOVER Inc., which they assumed in April 2021 before being promoted to Senior Director of Operations in February 2022.

Ravi Darda pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, starting in 2015 and completing it in 2017.
