Tom Wild

Tom Wild is the VP of Business Operations and Strategy at HOVER. Tom has over seven years of experience in strategy and operations.

Tom Wild started their career as a guide at Eastern Mountain Sports. Tom then transitioned into operations at the Education International Cooperation Group. After four years in operations, they became the Data Strategy at UNICEF. Most recently, they were a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

At HOVER, Tom Wild is responsible for developing and executing the company’s business strategy. Tom also oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. In their role, they have helped HOVER grow from a small startup to a successful business.

Tom Wild completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Boston University before going on to complete a Master of Business Administration at INSEAD.
