Roberto Febus

Roberto Febus, PE, currently serves as the Engineering and Maintenance Senior Manager at Hovione, overseeing engineering operations and implementing strategies to enhance asset reliability. Previously, Roberto held the position of Director of Engineering, Facilities, and EHS at QuVa Pharma, Inc., where leadership was provided in site engineering and maintenance, along with project execution to improve safety and quality. As Deputy Director of Reliability Engineering at Sanofi, responsibilities included managing CAPA and Change Controls for aseptic equipment maintenance. Roberto’s career also includes roles at GSK as Associate Director of Maintenance, Novartis as Facility and Utility Manager, and several positions in maintenance engineering at Johnson Controls, PdMTech, The Clorox Company, PepsiCo, and Dynamic Operations. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and is pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
