How-2-Drive was set up to help people like you to become fully qualified driving instructors. Founded by Howard Floyd in 2009, I have had the privilege of helping many people realise their goal.  I am passionate about training and developing driving instructors to reach their full potential. At How-2-Drive, we embrace the 'client-centred' style of training and coaching to achieve amazing results.  We help current ADI's take their instruction to the next level and help them get the A Grade at their next standards check.

Due to the success of the driving school we are now seeking the very best driving instructors to join us.  We have developed a Driving Instructor Franchise with a difference, one that is flexible and puts you in control of your work and life.
