With a passion for coaching and development, Debs operates a private practice while also serving as EMEA Director at How Do You Do It UK, where they create tailored coaching programs for various organizations. Previously, Debs held senior roles at Ernst & Young and McCann Erickson Belfast, enhancing their expertise in leadership development and talent management. Debs earned an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
