Howami is reimagining how young people understand their emotional and hormonal health, and how adults support them through it.

We’re building the first app designed around whole-cycle awareness and emotional literacy, using creative, avatar-led design to make learning about the body feel intuitive, visual, and empowering. It’s not just a tracker, it’s a bridge between generations.

Alongside our tech, we deliver workshops and training for parents, educators, and wellbeing professionals, helping communities build confidence in talking about emotions, puberty, and menstrual health in inclusive, shame-free ways.

Our mission is simple:
To help young people grow up in rhythm with themselves — confident, connected, and emotionally aware from the very start.

If you believe young people deserve to grow up confident, emotionally aware and in tune with their bodies, join the Howami waitlist and be part of what comes next 👉 https://preview.mailerlite.io/forms/991812/170782012549891860/share
