Laura Olson is a freelance graphic designer, currently self-employed since May 2023, and serves as a Product Development Design Assistant at Howard's, Inc. since December 2024. Previously, Laura was employed at Thermo Fisher Scientific from September 2018 to May 2023, first as an SAP Document Lead, where responsibilities included developing intranet websites and distributing organizational newsletters, and later as an SAP Documenter, creating over 200 documents for SAP software training. Earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Assistant at Rent Key West Vacations and a Service Desk Analyst at C.H. Robinson. Laura is actively pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University, having previously earned an A.A.S. in Marketing Design Specialist from Dakota County Technical College.
