Brad Simon

Brad Simon is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and human capital management. As the Founder and Principal of Strongpoint Partners since December 2021, Brad Simon focuses on enhancing retirement and payroll solutions for small to medium-sized businesses through strategic partnerships. Previously, as President of HowardSimon Inc. since January 2006 and Founder of Encompass Human Capital from January 2014 to June 2023, Brad Simon developed advanced human capital management systems. Earlier in their career, Brad Simon served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Clarity Payment Solutions and TSYS Prepaid. Brad Simon holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University.
