Shimi Azaria

Shimi Azaria has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Shimi started their career as a Lecturer at Shenkar, where they taught courses on Data Structure and VB Language. Shimi then moved on to Bezeq as a Software Developer before joining SeaPass as an Onsite Technical Manager at the Hartford insurance company in the USA.

At SeaPass, Shimi held several roles, including Development Team Leader, Project Manager, and Product & Development Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing complex projects, conducting technical due diligence, negotiating contracts with vendors, and identifying growth opportunities.

In 2012, Shimi became the CEO of Howazit, a customer communication platform. Their role involved developing a suite of products that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, engagement, and sales. These products were designed for seamless integration with various business systems already in use worldwide.

Shimi Azaria pursued their education starting from the year 2000 to 2004 at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. Following that, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Tel Aviv University where they obtained an MBA degree in Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
