Andy Souter

Andy Souter is currently the Head of APAC and Managing Director at Howden Re. Previously, they held positions such as Director of Global Markets at Peak Re, where they managed a global P&C portfolio. Andy has also served as Regional Director at Willis Re, focusing on ILS practice and leading teams across London and Japan. They have experience as a Vice President at MUFG and were involved in portfolio management at various firms throughout their career. Andy graduated from the University of Durham with a degree in Modern Japanese Studies, encompassing Japanese language, history, and East Asian politics and economics.
