Matt Beard

Matt Beard is a Managing Director at Howden Re Programs, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President Business Development at State National Companies from 2016 to 2018, and also held senior positions at Guy Carpenter and BMS Intermediaries. Matt began their career as an Assistant Broker at EWI Risk Services from 2005 to 2006, later becoming President at Assure Re Intermediaries from 2015 to 2016. They earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University in 2004.
