Seth Ruff is currently the Head of Legacy and Structured Reinsurance at Howden Re and a Partner and Head of Structured Reinsurance at TigerRisk Partners. Previously, Seth held several senior positions at Swiss Re, including SVP, Head of P&C Structured Solutions for the US Broker, and was instrumental in establishing actuarial pricing functions in Asia. With a strong background in underwriting, actuarial consulting, and team leadership, Seth has played a vital role in developing innovative reinsurance solutions and managing substantial financial targets. Seth earned a BS in Applied Mathematics from California State University-Bakersfield and an MS in Mathematics from California State University-Northridge.
