Crystal previously founded RevOps Consulting Group, specializing in designing and implementing scalable RevOps functions for SaaS companies. Crystal has also held positions at Good.Lab, TrovaTrip, Responsive, and Smarsh. Crystal has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Oregon.
