Meet the Team

Howl Resources is built on the combined experience of husband-and-wife team Kerry and Matt Howl, and a shared belief that great recruitment is all about people.

Together, they bring decades of experience across recruitment, marketing and business development, supporting clients in both technical and creative sectors. Their backgrounds may be different, but they share the same approach: building genuine relationships, understanding what makes people and businesses tick, and delivering recruitment solutions that create long-term value.

Matt specialises in recruitment for high-hazard process industries including oil, gas, mining and renewables. Having spent more than 25 years working with some of the world's leading recruitment organisations, he has developed an extensive network and a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when attracting specialist talent.

Kerry's background is in marketing, brand communications and client services, having worked both agency and client-side across the UK and US. She now partners with businesses across the marketing, creative and events sectors, helping them find talented people who can make a real impact.

Whether they're supporting a growing agency, a global energy business or a specialist technical team, Kerry and Matt take a personal, honest and relationship-led approach to every search. By combining their expertise, networks and commercial insight, they help connect great people with great opportunities and build partnerships that last.
