After twenty five years of practicing law at big law firms,  Tom Howley decided to launch Howley Law PLLC in October of 2019. 

Howley Law PLLC is a boutique law firm focused on providing cost effective client centric service to individuals and companies. Our firm gets retained to help solve legal and financial problems of all shapes and sizes.  We have the flexibility to handle matters on an hourly rate basis, flat fee or a hybrid arrangement.  We devote personal time and attention getting to know you and/or your company to best understand the overarching goals and objectives recognizing that the legal side is quite often only one piece of the puzzle.
