Hady E.

Hady E. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at Howmet Aerospace since January 2021, overseeing operations across the US, Mexico, and Asia, while focusing on strategic improvements in productivity and technology. Prior to this role, Hady E. held various positions at Alcoa from December 2002 to January 2021, including Director of Operations, where leadership resulted in significant revenue growth, and Plant Manager for an aerospace fastener facility with full P&L responsibility. Hady E.'s background also includes roles in integration management during mergers and acquisitions, as well as continuous improvement efforts modeled after the Toyota Production System. Earlier experience includes positions at Fairchild Corporation, where notable contributions to continuous improvement and industrial engineering were achieved.
