Lee Evans has extensive experience in quality engineering and management within the aerospace industry. Starting as a Senior CI Engineer at RTI International Metals from June 2008 to September 2010, Lee specialized in completing FAIR packages for aerospace and military applications and served as a final release signatory. From September 2010 to June 2015, Lee held the position of Quality Engineering and Scheduling Manager at The Timken Company, focusing on customer, employee, and organizational needs while managing and improving quality, safety, and productivity. In addition, Lee worked as a Senior Quality Engineer, finalizing FAIR packages for aerospace bearings. Since June 2015, Lee has served as the Quality Environment Health Safety Manager at Howmet Aerospace, overseeing safety, quality, cost, and delivery, while adhering to AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO18001 standards. Lee holds an engineering degree from the University of Central England and an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton.
