Mike Carson is a seasoned Quality Leader with extensive experience in engineering and management. They began their career as a Design Engineer at SPX Corporation from 1993 to 1997, before transitioning to DANA as an Applications Engineer from 1997 to 2007. From 2007 until 2025, they served as the Engineer Manager and Head of NA Labs at Mahle, overseeing multiple operations including quality tech centers and environmental health and safety. Currently, Mike holds the position of Quality Leader at Howmet Aerospace. They earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
