Sunil Beharry

Sunil Beharry is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in operations, quality, and engineering within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Howmet Aerospace, Sunil previously held a similar position at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and progressed through various roles at Cherry Aerospace, including Supplier Quality Engineering Manager and Senior Quality Engineering Manager. Sunil's expertise encompasses managing operational performance, improving productivity through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, and facilitating change management initiatives. Sunil's extensive career began at Precision Castparts, where responsibilities included managing production in the Forge and Grind departments, as well as prior roles in engineering and quality management at companies such as Innovative Coatings Technology Corp., SPS Technologies, and Raychem. Sunil holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from De Montfort University and the University of Wollongong, along with an Associate Diploma from TAFE NSW.
