Tom Holbert

Tom Holbert has a diverse work history in human resources, starting with Deloitte as a Consultant in Employee Benefits Tax Services. Tom then transitioned to Novelis, where they held roles ranging from Employee Benefits Specialist to Manager of Human Resources Services. Tom later worked at Alcoa as a Human Resources Business Partner, leading various initiatives for different departments. Subsequently, they joined Arconic as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Global HR Director. Currently, Tom serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Howmet Aerospace, responsible for overseeing HR functions for multiple facilities and leading initiatives in various areas.

Tom Holbert completed their Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Cleveland State University in 1998. Tom then pursued an MBA in Human Resources from Baldwin Wallace University between 2003 and 2005. In 2011, they attended the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. Lastly, in 2017, they took part in the Strategic Human Resources Management Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
