Stephen Chen

Stephen Chen is an experienced professional in the health, medical device, consumer goods, and electronics industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Site Director at Hoya since June 2016, Stephen oversees operations related to RX lenses, tailor-made lenses, and stock lenses, managing a substantial workforce of approximately 2,000 production operators. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Plant Manager at OSRAM, where responsibilities included leading operations in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing for electronic control gear and ballasts. Further, Stephen has held managerial positions at Honeywell and Energizer Holdings, focusing on logistics in the automobile sector and product management in shaving systems, respectively.
