Simona Lückmann

Simona Lückmann currently serves as the Head of Product & Partner Management at HOYER, leading a department that includes Product Management for European Tolls, eMobility, and Digital Services, while crafting customer-centric product strategies focused on digital solutions. Prior to this role, Simona spent a decade at DKV Euro Service, where responsibilities included managing the Customer Service team, spearheading business development within the Romanian fuel card industry, and delivering exceptional customer service. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Consultant at ING, providing tailored banking solutions to clients. Simona holds a Master’s Degree in Management of International Projects from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Pitesti, Romania.
