Steve has taken on the charge to improve the customer experience as the Chief Technical Officer at HP Engineering. He has over 30 years of experience in mechanical design & serves as Project Manager or Principal in Charge. His project experience includes educational, healthcare, municipal, hospitality, multi-family, commercial, industrial, retail, government & entertainment sectors.
He is also responsible for Quality Control (QC) assurance to significantly reduce errors & omissions, resulting in minimal RFI’s & change order requests from contractors, saving additional construction costs for the clients. Steve is experienced in building system commissioning & energy conservation projects.
