Phil Nangle

Phil Nangle is the current President at HP Fairfield. Prior to this, they were the Enterprise Excellence Manager at Lake Region Medical from June 2014 to March 2017. In this role, they led the training of employees in Lean Enterprise principles and ensured they had a solid understanding of how to apply these tools and techniques to achieve process improvements in the manufacturing and office environment.

Phil Nangle has a long history of driving significant, quantifiable, annualized cost savings and improving manufacturing processes through the use of Lean Sigma. Phil is also experienced in leading the deployment of hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, as well as problem solving efforts both internally and externally. In their previous role at Lake Region Medical, they partnered with Supply Chain Management in the development of partnerships with suppliers and maximizing the use of VMI programs, Kanbans, and consignment inventory with key customers.

Phil Nangle attended Plymouth State University, where they earned a BS in Social Science. Phil also attended Dracut High School.
