With a strong background in quality management, service, procurement, engineering, and strategic planning, Alan has held significant leadership roles, including over 12 years in people management and talent development. Alan's expertise extends to managing supplier partnerships and driving end-to-end quality management for global commercial and consumer businesses. Alan earned both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Material Science from Feng Chia University.
