Amy Fox is currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at HP since October 2023. Previous experience includes a prominent role at Meta from September 2015 to May 2023, where Amy held various positions, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Head of Product Legal, and Director and Head of Legal for Oculus VR. Prior to Meta, Amy spent a decade at Intel Corporation, holding significant roles such as Managing Counsel and Chief Integration Attorney for the $16 billion Altera acquisition. Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School, a graduate studies background in Urban Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Women's Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
