Anarkalee Perera

Anarkalee Perera currently serves as the Director of AI and Digital Policy at HP, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Anarkalee was the Director of Technology Policy at Albright Stonebridge Group, advising Fortune 50 clients on various tech policy issues. Experience includes a consultancy role focused on technology policy at ByteDance, where Anarkalee supported internal teams with research and stakeholder engagement. Anarkalee also worked as a Foreign Lecturer at China Foreign Affairs University, teaching International Relations and Economics, and published research on China-Sri Lanka relations. Early career highlights include a research assistant position at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka, contributing to scholarly work on development policy, and an analyst position at Xyster Consulting, Inc.
