Andreea Cimpoca is a dedicated HR and Learning & Development professional currently serving as the Country People Organization Lead. With a proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives and managing complex projects, Andreea has worked with companies such as HP, PwC, and IBM. Their skills include project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, complemented by a Master’s degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Previously, Andreea also held various internships which laid the foundation for a successful career in HR and consulting.
