Ben Hadar

Ben Hadar is an accomplished engineering, production, and procurement professional currently serving as the NPI Sourcing Team Leader at HP. With extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing technologies, NPI processes, and project management, Ben previously held various leadership roles, including Engineering Technologies Manager and Procurement Engineering Team Leader at HP. Ben began their career as a mechanical designer in the Israeli Air Force and has since worked at organizations like Jabil and Landa Digital Printing, where they managed end-to-end vendor relationships and cost reduction initiatives. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Open University of Israel and a Practical Mechanical Engineer degree from Ort Rehovot College.
