Brad Hartz

Brad Hartz is a Senior Counsel for Commercial Litigation at HP Inc., where they manage a wide range of disputes, from breach of contract claims to complex global antitrust actions. Previously, they served as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Baker Botts LLP, focusing on commercial litigation. Brad also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern with the United States Attorney's Office and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable David Hittner. They served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from 2000 to 2005 and held the role of Senior Counsel for Affirmative Litigation at Hewlett-Packard Company before their current position. Brad is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Houston Law Center.
