Calvin Lo is a senior manager specializing in global service and support for personal systems, warranty, quality, and consumer service. With a wealth of experience in end-to-end program planning and operation management at HP, Calvin has held several key roles including Senior Manager of Personal System Quality and Lifecycle Management, Product Support Manager, and Senior Product Experience Support Manager.
