Clara Constantin

Clara Constantin is a passionate and experienced business professional with a strong background in research, education, and project management. They served as a Research Fellow at the Romanian Institute of International Studies, providing analysis for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and held teaching positions early in their career. Clara's experience includes significant roles at HP, where they were a Global Project/Program Manager and later a Process and Capabilities Manager, focusing on strategic direction and operational excellence. They hold a Master of Policy Analysis from Saitama University and a Diploma in Public Administration from SNSPA.
