Daljit Singh is a seasoned professional in engineering customer support, currently serving as Staff Escalations Lead at HP since November 2022, and holding the same title at Poly since October 2016, where responsibilities include supporting team members across various time zones and closely collaborating with the Tier 3 support team to resolve customer issues.
