Dan Spraggins is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies. Currently serving as Global Head and VP of Software Engineering - Applied AI at HP since January 2018, Dan leads an innovative research and development group focused on creating advanced AI solutions for HP PCs. Previous roles at HP include Senior Director positions overseeing Data Science & AI and AI Security. Dan's professional journey also includes significant contributions at Rackspace Technology, where leadership spanned public and private cloud offerings, and at CA Technologies, focusing on analytics platforms. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, Dan has a strong foundation in software development and systems integration, demonstrated through various engineering roles at Teres Solutions and Dell.
