Daniel J Carter is a seasoned professional with a robust background in both mechanical engineering and intellectual property law. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Career experience spans various roles, starting as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Sig Sauer Inc. and advancing to Mechanical Engineer at Wilcox Industries, followed by positions such as Summer Associate at Lambert and Associates, Legal Extern at Hoffman Warnick LLC, and Patent Clerk leading to a Summer Patent Associate role at DEKA Research & Development. Currently, Daniel serves as Patent Counsel at HP since September 2014, while also contributing to the IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review as Managing Editor and previously as Associate Editor.
