Divya Joseph currently serves as the Head of CSR at HP since November 2024. Prior to this role, Divya held multiple positions at the Raspberry Pi Foundation from July 2018 to November 2024, including Head of Programmes, Head of Formal Education, and India Programme Manager. Divya's experience also includes consulting roles at Panoply Digital Ltd and the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP UNESCO), as well as a Research Assistant position at the Indian School of Development Management. Additionally, Divya was a Program Leader for the Headteacher Leadership Development Program at Kaivalya Education Foundation. Earlier career stages include working as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant at IBM and a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys. Divya holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Technology from the University of Oxford and a Master of Arts in Education from Azim Premji University, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Divya is also engaged in the India Leaders for Social Sector program since August 2021.
