Fred Chang

Fred Chang is a Global Infrastructure and Security Manager at HP, with over 10 years of experience in overseeing infrastructure that includes more than 1,000 servers operating around the clock. They lead a global workforce across seven countries to assess, enable, and maintain core manufacturing and R&D environments in collaboration with ODM partners. Chang is currently working on ISO 27001 certification to ensure operations align with industry IT standards and security principles. They earned a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carroll College. Prior to their role at HP, Chang served as a Senior Technology Analyst at KPMG for eight years.
