Gary Fuchs

Gary Fuchs currently serves as the Global Head of Public Sector Procurement Policy at HP Government Affairs & Public Policy, where responsibilities include shaping engagement with strategic public sector policymakers and advocating for procurement and appropriations policies. Fuchs has been with HP since 2008, holding various positions such as Head of the Americas Region and Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining HP, Fuchs worked at Electronic Data Systems as Regional Director of Government Affairs and Director of Global Business Partner Development, and started a consulting and lobbying career at Tonn & Associates. Fuchs began in public service at the Texas Youth Commission, advancing to Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff. Fuchs holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Government from the University of Maryland.
