Gianna Taylor

Gianna Taylor is a seasoned UX leader with over 14 years of experience specializing in user-centered design and product innovation. They have held key roles at Dell, Halliburton, and HP, where they contributed to developing usability solutions, conducting usability studies, and streamlining research operations. Currently, as the UX Research Operations Lead at HP, they proactively enhance research processes and mentor UX researchers. Gianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Langston University and a Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
