Isalid Peña

Isalid Peña is a Senior Compensation Manager with 15 years of experience in HR, specializing in Total Rewards and organizational development. Currently at HP, they drive the compensation strategy for six L1 WW organizations, managing seasonal compensation cycles and annual performance rewards for 10,000 employees across 57 countries.
