Itamar Gofberg

Itamar Gofberg is an R&D manager with a strong background in electro-chemistry, material engineering, and sensor development. They led the electrochemistry team at SmartZyme Innovation LTD, where they developed a continuous glucose monitoring sensor. At HP, Itamar served as an analytical chemist and later as an R&D group manager focusing on photoconductor technology. Their research experience includes a position at The Hebrew University, collaborating with the Ministry of Industry and Afimilk Ltd. on high-sensitivity electrochemical flow systems. Itamar holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from The Hebrew University.
