Izhar Oren has over two decades of experience at HP, beginning in January 2000 and currently serving as a Manager, overseeing advance technical support and remote teams. Since 2008, Izhar has held the position of Product Support Manager, managing a team of 10 engineers and coordinating between multiple departments for large format printer product lines, while also handling customer support escalations worldwide. Previously, Izhar worked as a Product Specialist, engaging in all product life cycle stages and providing global customer service and support. Prior to joining HP, Izhar gained management experience as a Team Leader at Motorola Solutions, leading a team of technicians. Izhar holds a degree in Practical Engineering, Mechanical & Electronics from Tel Aviv University.
